announced the appointment of former fast bowler Wahab Riaz as the chief

At 38, Wahab Riaz, who boasts an impressive record of 27
tests and 91 one-day internationals (ODI) for Pakistan, gracefully transitioned
from player to chief selector, officially retiring from active play in August.

three-match Test series against Australia and the challenging five-match T20I
